How do I get in touch?

How much does it cost?

The Buck The Stigma Mail Club subscription is $8/month if you are in the US and $10/month (or your currency equivalent) for anyone outside of the US (to cover the higher stamp prices) plus a small charge to cover the cost of the stamp.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We send Mail Club mail all over the world.
What exactly do I get each month?

A hand drawn post card featuring art by some of your favorite artists within the western industry encouraging you to send mail of your own.
A personal letter about that month’s theme and inspiration packed full of reminders and tips.
Hand drawn sticker(s) created by a featured artist and inspired by that month’s theme.
A simple activity to encourage you to slow down, go analog & enjoy the present moment.
A goal tracker for a habit inspired by that month’s theme + fun stickers to go with.
A journal prompt + QR code to music to listen to while you reflect.
Automatic entry into a raffle to receive a $25 BTS gift card + special offers from other brands.
Do I need to be a horse girl to join?

Not at all! This is about making space for presence, connection and creativity, not perfection. The monthly editions are designed for anyone to enjoy!
When is the last day I can subscribe to get that months mail club?

The 15th of every month is the cut off. Any subscription sign ups after this date will get the following month’s mail club.
(For example if you sign up to Mail Club on the 16th of May, you would receive Junes letter for your first letter).
How does billing work?

Your subscription will be charged automatically every month on the same date that you signed up until you cancel.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, absolutely. You’ll have access to a simple online portal on my website under “my account” to pause or cancel. If you need any help, just email us.
How do I change my address?

Please reach out to us at howdy@buckthestigma.co and let us know your new address. We will need to update manually in the background.
What if my mail doesn’t arrive?

Oh no! If your letter doesn’t arrive, just let us know. We’ll confirm your address and send out a replacement (or issue a refund if you prefer). International mail can take 2–5 weeks, so don’t panic if it’s taking a little longer.
Can I write you back?

Absolutely! We want this club to feel like a creative space we share. Got a dream theme? Pop us an email or DM us!
Can I suggest ideas or themes?

Yes, please! We love getting snail mail - We are working on getting a PO box. In the mean time feel free to send me a letter, photo of your completed activities etc to howdy@buckthestigma.co or reach out to us on social media!
How did this all start?

We wanted to create something real in a world full of screens. Buck The Stigma is rooted in raising awareness for mental health and sparking conversations in spaces where mental health stigma is rarely discussed. A big part of mental health is slowing down, connecting with one another, reflecting and prioritizing childlike joy and we realized we wanted to share that beyond the internet - something you could actually hold in your hands. So Buck The Stigma Mail Club was born! With fun additions coming soon!
