Of course, in the case of mother nature and national holidays, shipping may be subject to delay. The "estimated delivery time" during the checkout process is the earliest delivery date (can be delivered later than this date).
We ship all of our items through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so that you can monitor your package throughout it's journey to you!

While we do our best to include each product's care instructions can be found on the specific product description page, our general rule of thumb is to machine wash on cold (alone for the first time!) and lay flat to dry (it’s worth the wait!!). We highly advise against the use of acid-based chemicals and chemical sprays, and recommend using gentler detergents to keep your Buck The Stigma at full !!! for longer.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the packing slip with your original order number.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as items that have exceeded the 14 day return window or items that are damaged after delivery.
