ORDERS & SHIPPING

  • As soon as you click “buy” we get to work! Please give us 5-7 business days to process and ship your order. Of course, in the case of mother nature and national holidays, shipping may be subject to delay. The "estimated delivery time" during the checkout process is the earliest delivery date (can be delivered later than this date). 

  • We ship all of our items through the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

  • We ship to the United States and Canada - if you have any issues with shipping at checkout, please contact us at howdy@buckthestigma.co or message us on Instagram at @buck.thestigma and we will do everything we can to help you with your order. 

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so that you can monitor your package throughout it's journey to you!

    If after 5 business days, you are still unable to locate your order, please reach out to howdy@buckthestigma.co with your order number, full name and shipping address.

    While we are not liable for lost packages, we want to make sure you receive your Buck The Stigma order so please reach out to us to let us know how we can help you find a fix!

  • Reach out to howdy@buckthestigma.co or DM @buck.thestigma on Instagram as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help. However, please kindly note that we cannot guarantee any order adjustments after purchase.

PRODUCTS

  • All of our pieces run true to size but fits vary. Please be sure to read our product descriptions and follow us on IG for fit guides @buck.thestigma!

  • While we do our best to include each product's care instructions can be found on the specific product description page, our general rule of thumb is to machine wash on cold (alone for the first time!) and lay flat to dry (it’s worth the wait!!). We highly advise against the use of acid-based chemicals and chemical sprays, and recommend using gentler detergents to keep your Buck The Stigma at full !!! for longer.

  • We are busy at work on another restock! If you’re eyeing a specific product, please follow us on Instagram to stay up to date on all restocks and new launches!

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the packing slip with your original order number.

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as items that have exceeded the 14 day return window or items that are damaged after delivery.

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  • Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.
