Self-love is often talked about — but rarely taught

in a way that feels grounded, practical, or genuinely accessible.

Many people believe they struggle with self-love because they lack confidence, discipline, or emotional strength. In reality, most are living by old rules — inherited, learned, or internalized standards that quietly block self-acceptance and self-trust before self-love ever has a chance.

This co-hosted workshop with Buck the Stigma and Katie Hollingsworth, Professional Certified Coach, is not about repeating affirmations or chasing surface-level positivity.

  • Speak to yourself

  • Measure your worth

  • Respond to rest, failure, and success

  • Trust your instincts

  • Accept yourself

It is about identifying and dismantling the outdated rules that shape how you:

  • Recognize the internal rules that no longer serve you

  • Understand how these rules impact your relationship with yourself

  • Learn how to consciously update them

  • Build a stronger foundation for self-love, self-acceptance, and self-trust

Together, we will create space to:

  • Tired of feeling disconnected from themselves

  • Ready to stop performing strength while privately struggling

  • Seeking clarity, not clichés

  • Wanting sustainable growth, not temporary motivation

This workshop is designed for individuals who are:

  • A clear understanding of what has been blocking your self-trust

  • A new framework for relating to yourself with strength and compassion

  • Practical tools you can apply immediately

  • A deeper sense of permission to show up as you truly are

You will leave with:

This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about removing what has prevented you from becoming fully yourself.

  • We want this to feel as relevant as possible to what you’re actually navigating.

In the days leading up to the workshop, you can submit your questions in three ways:

    1. IG story question box (we’ll post it ahead of time)

    2. DM @buck.thestigma

    3. Email us at: howdy@buckthestigma.com

We’ll bring the most common themes into the live workshop and answer as many as we can.

Submit your questions ahead of time:

  • When you sign up, you’ll also receive our PDF:
“Permission to Change the Rules: A Self-Love Conversation”

Plus other downloadable pre-work including ___ so you’re totally prepared.
